Mission
The mission of the UCDMO Customer and Developer Outreach Division
is to educate, inform and promote Department of Defense and
Intelligence Community partners, customers and commercial vendors about the UCDMO,
its products, services and policies, and provide general information
about the UCDMO and assist customers with their questions.
Goals
Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
Assist the Cross Domain Services Offices with their information
needs
Maintain the UCDMO websites with timely, accurate content
Build and increase rapport with customers, communities, partners and
vendors.
Deliverables
UCDMO CDS Inventory that contains CDS mechanisms that are in T&E, available for re-use (baseline solutions), being retired
(Sunset list), or are niche solutions (i.e. fill a specific, narrow
purpose, or built on specialized hardware)
Services
Develops metrics and community education products to facilitate
effective dissemination of UCDMO information
Facilitates visits and briefings for UCDMO Director, Deputy
Director, Technical Director and Leadership
Schedules the UCDMO for conference attendance to maximize UCDMO
promotion and exposure
